Our Society has many needs to keep it working smoothly. We rely on our members to volunteer to build a better society and to help others in their search for ancestors. Please tell us how we can work with you to match your talents with the needs of CFGS.
Would you like to greet attendees at meetings, help set up tables and chairs before and after meetings, or provide refreshments? Perhaps you’d like to share your genealogy successes or tell us about a research trip by speaking at a meeting. Or maybe you’d like to write an article for either our monthly online newsletter or our quarterly publication. We also would love to have help with our website, You can send us genealogy tips or articles. And if you consider yourself a techie, we would love to have help with editing our website. We will provide instruction on how to edit the website.
